I have a customer who is adding memoes to almost every invoice they are posting in AP. When they go back to look at them in invoice history inquiry, the memoes are missing? Anyone run into this before? 4.40 I need to check the Service Update.

Are they missing because they aren't in the folder any longer or missing because the role in memo manager hasn't been set up to display memos in invoice history???

Doesn't that setting affect just the auto display?

No, there is hide option for the role.........

There is also a length problem with the path + file name. I ran into this with a client. I can't remember if Sage considered it WAD or if they were going to fix it, but if he trimmed down the file names, they then displayed OK.

Of course they considered it a WAD. Once it is coded by some fat fingered person, it all becomes a WAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If they then feel like fixing it, they call a patch. If they remain on the lazy side of the street, it remains a WAD.
