    I have a customer who has ongoing issues with retention on their Job Cost. They are on 4.4 with latest PU and in essence the problem appears to be that when they do a credit memo to adjust a retention invoice that the total retention due shows accurately on Job Billing History Report but when they go to final bill that job the final bill is off by the total of the retention adjustment. Compounding the issue is that this customer waits 2 to 3 years until the job is due to be billed final and then they find the problem --- which of course by then nobody can remember what the heck happened. Does this ring any bells for anyone?

    I think this is user error - more curious if anyone else may have run up against this.

    I don't remember having that problem before. I don't have any Job Cost customers any more though.

    I think our main issue is the customer calls in a panic and wants their two reports: Job Billing History Aged Invoice In some situations a correction to an invoice is impacting the Job Billing History in a different way.

    Job cost module or a subset so needs to be upgraded!!!

    Our client has that problem repeatedly, though infrequently. It's a bug but knowing it will never get fixed, I manually fix records with DFDM.
