    I have a customer where I'm trying to install the 400+ MB program patch for Crystal 11. When I get all the way through the ""unpacking"" process I'm presented with a screen where my only option is to ""remove all"". I'm expecting to see an add option. Anyone see this before? I'm suspicious it may be related to user rights. This is MAS90 4.4 PU 5 on a Windows 7 machine #crystal

    Workaround: Re-Run Workstation Setup -- select repair. Found this in search and ran it per recommendation of Brett in prior post. Fixed the date script issue. I believe in order for re-running WKSETUP to work you have to be on a recent PU
