I have a customer that just upgraded to Starship 12.1. When they process an international shipment, if its through Endicia, they get their customs form printed off the thermal label printer but no actual label to put on the package. They do have the label enabled in the printing setup but nothing prints. International for UPS and FedEx print fine. I'm wondering if this is something silly I'm overlooking or if I have to go to V-Tech.
