  • 1.  I have a customer running Sage 100 Advanced versio

    I have a customer running Sage 100 Advanced version 2014 PU 3 (5.10.3.1). When they save report settings, it will save the chosen options but will not save the selection settings. I tested on a clean system with 2014 and don't get the same experience. Ideas?

    Did they save it again AFTER they made the selections?

    @ThereseLogeais I created a new, test setting with both options and selection settings. On my test workstation both came up when I re-ran the report choosing the named setting. When I did the same thing on the clients system, the selection settings did not come up.

    If you create a new report setting by clicking Save As then enter the options and selection criteria, you have to click Save again in order for those to be saved. (I know, you probably already know this. Just putting it out here.)
