I have a customer on version 4.10 and since last week have been having an issue where on their terminal server they can no longer get multiple people logged in. When the 2nd user tries to launch MAS 200, that user gets the message ""A Business Desktop has already been started"". I have already re-copied the activate.pvx from the server to the workstation, as well as completely uninstalling MAS 200 workstation setup and re-installing when everyone was logged off the Terminal Server. (In install mode.) We have tried disabling anti-virus. The terminal server is Windows 2003. Any ideas?

WAG's, if you're running App Serv as Service, maybe try running as Application. Have you rebooted the server(s), i.e., powered them down?

Thanks for the ideas. Yes it's already running as an application. Yes, the servers have been rebooted.

Did you try renaming any files (e.g., SY_Console.M4T , SY_Workstation.M4T, Session.pvk) - to let the system recreate them?

Well, it appears that just logging off the terminal server (not disconnecting) was the issue.
