I have a customer on MAS v4.30 (PU Unknown) where they claim the Next Sales Order number (in options) mysteriously jumped from being 0068049, but somehow it set itself to A06MAP0. Also when they try to change it in SO Options they get a message that there is a user in the system (which of course they deny). Am thinking some type of corruption but curious if anyone has seen this change to an alpha?

No users who may have mistakenly changed the defaults in SO entry? That updates the setups.

And did you look at Master Console to see if anyone may be in SO or AR or IM?

Those were both my first thoughts - they swear that nobody changed it (the alpha swap makes it seem unlikely as well). I wouldn't rule out a data issue -- or anything else for that matter.

Do they have RMA? I saw a few issues related to that on the knowledgebase but I would doubt they'd go to alpha.
