I have a customer on a version 4.4 of a DSD Extended Solution - they inquired about upgrading to 4.5 and wondered what the time required to upgrade the DSD Extended Solution was.
What I learned from Sedal Legesse (
sedall@dsdinc.com ) of DSD:
- 12 week lead time
- Upgrading the enhancements as requested - even for customers on maintenance
What I think this means is that if one of your customers has an Extended Solution (and I think DSD at this point is the primary game in town) you may want to check with Sedal and get your upgrade order in sooner rather than later.
