    I have a customer asking about Employee Self Service. They would like to set up a kiosk where employees could access and print their direct deposit stubs. Has anyone done something like this with Employee Self Service in Sage 100? How did it work out?

    We are working with Altec to use their system for the direct deposit stubs. It can be accessed either with a browser or mobile. The client has 5,000 employees so self service was going to be very costly, and this is substantially less. I have the demo next Monday.

    I didn't know Altec had a system. What is it called?

    It's the doc-link core system with a web client. The direct deposit documents are printed using their ERM client and doc-link does the indexing and access control.

    @JohnHoyt - how has this solution worked out? My customer dropped the request and is now revisiting. But now they are adding additional info, such as W-4 information and address change notification.
