I have a couple of resellers I work with who are NOT 90 Minds members and they are looking for some additional occasional backup support folks they can call on. Is anyone looking for more work?

Why haven't they joined??

Good gosh I get these types of calls from time to time. ""we know about 90 Minds...haven't joined ... should .... maybe will .... used to be a partner... not certified..... can I ask you a free quick question"". Important Note: If you answer ""yes"" to ""can I ask you a free quick question"" that translates to a ""yes"" answer to ""can I call or email you every time I have a question?"" My mantra for 2016 - if this has value then you should be paying. Whether it's group dues or a consulting fee. If it doesn't have enough value for you to pay then keep looking for the person who works for free.

Oh, and be prepared to talk hourly rates and bill in 5 minute increments at your lowest best customer rate.

Beth, Do you think that they are looking for reseller to reseller support? Or are they looking for a reseller to willing to give direct support to their client on a case by case basis?
