I have a couple of clients with W-2 issues. The first one is a client that needs to print 3 earnings codes on the W-2. I see where you can print 2 earnings codes. Does anyone have any idea or trick for printing a third? The second client has questions regarding the new rules of reporting the amounts paid by the company for health insurance on behalf of the employee. Is this something that will be reported on the W-2 for 2013?

You just missed my similar question re the 3 earnings codes (Mine was deductions). @MichaelNottoli gave me the answer - do the eFiling route and manually add in the third earnings code as a new column with manually entered amounts.
