I have a client with XP SP3, MAS90 4.3.?. Last year we had no problem using Aatrix for W-2 printing. This year when asked to update federal forms, she gets this message. It directs her to download some 64-bit MS file to her system. I am waiting to hear back from her IT guy, but have never seen this. I have downloaded the MAS90.exe file from Aatrix, but no change. Help please.

We just had a customer with the same prompt. Their IT guy said, ""Go ahead"" so it was downloaded and then it worked fine.

I tried two of the possible files and now get this during the 'run' .\install.exe is not a valid Win32 application. Was your customer using XP?

It wasn't me personally but I'll check with the consultant who experienced this (who's currently on the phone).

Thanks, Therese. I had tried to install the x64 file and got those errors. Using the x86 file worked.
