@PhilMcIntosh - it can do that but it would require a little elbow grease. The Sage CRM portal is really just an API that provides access to the Sage CRM constructs (screens, lists, data, etc.) and it's up to the client / their consultant to flesh out the solution for their specific needs.
We've done about two dozen different portals at this point so we can assemble ""basic"" portals fairly quickly. Something like this would require us to work with a MAS partner to build it out.
If we thought there were more clients that would be interested in something like this (I would think there would be), we could price it as a package vs a project. I'm definitely interested if there is interest from the community.
