    I have a client with a few users running MAS 200 via a terminal server as a shared app. Hitting F1 or pressing the help button does not work. No error code comes up, nothing comes up. For those users running a local client, help works fine. Sage 100 Advance vs 4.5.4 Ideas?

    Help files are in the common files folder. It could be that they do not have permissions to the folder. Confirm that the files exist for the user. C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Sage\Common Components\help. If they do, see if you can run it manually.
