I have a client who is trying to run a custom report from Sage Intelligence and is getting a hard lock when trying to update their fiscal year or period. They are running Sage 100 Advanced 2013 pu4, Sage Intelligence 4.5, and Excel 2016 (looks like 365). A number of fields are returning the error code ""Exception from HRESULT: 0x800A9C68"". I've installed the compatibility fix from the Sage KB, confirmed that prereqs are installed, and proper permissions are in place. The report was last run without errors on Monday 1/9.
Any ideas?
