General Consultant Discussion

I have a client using MAS90 Version 4.4 looking for property management software. I was going to recomment PM2000 but they have been very slow to come out with a Version that is compatible with Version 4.4. Does anyone have another property management software that they are recommending?

Check with @MarkKotyla I think he had some recent experience. I believe on or two others had experience here as well - just cannot remember the people at the moment so hopefully they'll chime in.

4.4 is just being tested on a few of their clients. While it can be frustrating, I think its worth waiting for. The 4.4 manual is already available and i'm hoping the download will be available shortly.

Mark are you testing PM2000 for 4.4 or something else?

ACS certainly operates at their own pace. A love hate relationship.........

@JeffSchwenk Spot on. @DebThomas I'm waiting to get my hands on a copy for a couple clients. ACSG is presently testing 4.4 on a few of theirs.

I have a client that was asked to send their MAS90 folder to ACSG so they could finish and test the 4.4 version.

Thank goodness there aren't any MAJOR changes in v4.5!!!
