I have a client using Avalara. they called and are getting connectivity errors with tax calculations. the IT person that called me said ""we have been having network issues all day, could that be the problem? "" I told him that was likely the problem; but I thought I would check and see if anyone on 90 minds was receiving calls about connectivity to Avalara. if not I'll assume it is their ""network problems

A client of mine had network connectivity errors earlier this month. Unfortunately, that created an message on their PDF Invoices to customers that read ""TAX ERROR"". Yes, connectivity errors will cause problems connection with Avalara. (that same client did not complain of issued today; if that helps).

We just a minute ago had a client report the same issue. Avalara KB says to reboot the Sage server, although if it's not just our client, something else must be going on.

Sorry that was not really very clear I guess. **Avalara** is having ""intermittent"" issues.

My client called Avalara and they are having ""intermittent"" issues and they think they have it resolved. My client confirmed they are no longer getting the message. Hopefully that is all there is too it!
