I have a client that woulds like to integrate their MAS 90 payroll with a HRMS and a Time and Attendance solution. Any recommendations of solution providers for this would be appreciated. Thanks!

We've done HRMS and Insperity (now OEM'd by Sage). It went quite well for a very demanding set of rules on remote time captured via browser. We can talk to you about our experience if you like.

TimeMaster Pro (Sierraws.com) has a very wonderful 3rd party product for Time & Attendance. I would use that over EVERYTHING I've ever seen, especially the Sage/ABRA product (sorry Sage, I was certified in ABRA in the 90's). However, TimeMaster does not have HRMS.....I am a big proponent of farming that ""baby-sitting"" service out.

@JeffSchwenk thanks, I am primarily interested in the groups experience with the different solution providers out there that offer HRMS and time and attendance. I am aware that Sage sort has HRMS :). @JerryNorman I would be interested in hearing about your experience with Insperity. Essentially, my client has payroll commming from various sources / locations and they would like to have the time accumulated into one spot where the managers could approve it and then send it on to Sage 100. They would also like to enter personnel in one spot and have it synchronized with Sage 100. I believe this could best be accomplished by a Time & Attendance package. Additionally their workforce is growing and the need for an overall HRMS package is there, so I was hoping to find a solution where all of this could be tied together seamlessly. We have one client using a product from Sierra and I have had conversations with Employee Based Systems in the past, but have never used any of their products.

Insperity is a high-end solution. Time is captured from any sort of device. it has a powerful rules-enforcing mechanism, so you can enforce breaks lunch, authorized time off, and comp-time automagically. Call me any time.

Pacific Data Marketing - Kim Dietz - www.packficdm.com - Poway, CA Hagel & Company - Frank Hagel - www.hagel.net - Seattle/Tacoma, WA area. Hagel & Company recommended Empower for the time keeping piece. I believe Pacific Data has Insperity and others.

We at CS3 have been doing Sage HRMS and Insperity for years with over 400 active clients. The HR to MAS payroll interface is ok but stunning. We prefer to move payroll to HRMS as well to get a tighter integration with HR. Interfaces to MAS for GL and BR are pretty easy and is a better fit. Insperity can run local or in a SaaS model. Have also used TimeClock Plus in the past for a direct interface to Sage 100. Did not need an HR solution in those instances. Let me know if you have any questions. I can set you up with one our senior consultants.
