I have a client that would like to print the physical count sheet and freeze items based on Primary Vendor for the item. anyone have any thoughts on how we could do this?

good idea, they are already using cycle counts also (and bin locations). I tried adding a UDF to the work table and populated that from CI_Item in hopes that it would appear on the selection list when printing the items. I never can tell when or why UDF's are sometimes added to those selection screens and when they are not. it seems hit and miss to me.
