    I have a client that we needed to do a re-install per Sage to resolve some issues with data conversion to 2013. We have installed all updated and when they run the 941 it is in Demo Mode. Opened case with Sage and they gave me new unlock keys that should have taken that away but it is still happening. Any ideas? Sage 100 2013 Standard installed on a Server 2008 box with two workstations running Windows 7 Pro and all updates have been installed.

    Did it ever work? Are you using new 400xxxxxxx customer number? I have an issue with issue old customer number.

    It used to work under the old customer number before re-install. Sage gave me the new 400xxxx number and said it would work after setting that up and still no luck.

    Try the old numbers and unlocking keys now that it is reinstalled.

    Yeah I did that too, still no hope and Sage has no clue why it is not working and wants me to re-install everything over again.

    Did you try to reinstall Aatrix from the web site. I remember this issue had to do with wrong customer number. Was there also a solution that required Aatrix upgrade/reinstall. I know for a couple sites I had to go direct to the Aatrix site and grab the DL. http://aatrix.com/sagemas
