  • 1.  I have a client that wants to know which MAS user

    I have a client that wants to know which MAS user is in a sales order invoice batch now causing it to be In Use. I don't see that data in DFDM. Any thoughts?

    Go to Library Master / Main / Master Console

    Thanks Jon. That tells me who is in Invoice Data Entry and gets me part of the way there (narrows down the suspects) but does not tell me which user in MY batch.

    Ah. You could use DFDM to look at the ..\GLxxx\GL_CompanyActiveBatch.M4T file which will show you the user key for created and last updated for each batch. Then look at ..\MAS_System\SY_User.M4T to find out what user is that user key.

    Modify the batch lookup list to include TimeUpdate and UserKeyUpdated and then set to default lookup.
