    I have a client that wants to add a hyperlink to their Invoice Crystal Report & we're able to do this without issue. When we export the crystal to a PDF from the Print Preview window in Sage, the hyperlink from the PDF works perfectly. When the PDF is created via Paperless Office, it's not recognized as a hyperlink. Has anybody run into this? Any idea on resolutions?

    What version of Sage 100? The Amyuni driver for Paperless Office was apparently updated with the initial v2015 release. I wonder if you'd see any difference in v2015+ if you're working with an earlier version.

    They're running 2015, but I've got v2016 installed with the same results. :(
