I have a client that wants to add a hyperlink to their Invoice Crystal Report & we're able to do this without issue. When we export the crystal to a PDF from the Print Preview window in Sage, the hyperlink from the PDF works perfectly. When the PDF is created via Paperless Office, it's not recognized as a hyperlink. Has anybody run into this? Any idea on resolutions? They're running 2015, but I'm experiencing the same results on v2016.1.

What about generating the .pdf via a PDF Writer instead of Paperless?

...meaning is it feasible to do that instead of via Paperless?

Sadly no, they're actually emailing the invoices & statements via Paperless, so it wouldn't be an option to export to PDF first & then manually send them all.

Do they have knowledgesync? That might be a workaround if they do.

I just ran a quick test with v2016 and a plain text url was automatically converted into a link using paperless.

No, Jeff, they don't have KnowledgeSync, but it looks like it may be time for them to get it. Kevin, the link when entered that way works, but they want a ""CLICK HERE to access our catalog"" type of thing that will take the customer to a long & ugly web address. It'd be great if we could just put the link in there in plain text, but it's horrible. I called Sage to see if they had any thoughts or suggestions, but got a whole lot of no help. :( Thanks all, I appreciate your attention to the issue!

I hate to suggest spending 3K just for this. More reasons for the purchase must be generated. But for my clients that have KS, they live and die by the reports that are generated automatically. Some are quite useful. Once they have it, they won't go back. The battle is convincing them the KS will change their life.
