    I have a client that wants a service program with dispatch and electronic board display so they can keep their techs in the field and allow them access to site calls, inventory, etc. through a ipad or laptop. They also want it to integrate with MAS. They have attended two webinars and found one that integrates with Great Plains. Does anyone know of a program of this nature that integrates with MAS? Thank you!

    I think job ops has a service module. Also Ascent Business (name?) in Houston.

    Double check the service component of Job Ops because I seem to recall some chatter that it may not have been the strongest part of the suite.

    They want all the bells and whistles this time! I've tried them to just track their inventory for years and it's always been a no go because of the lack of cooperation with the field techs. I'm hoping they don't do like so many others have and spend a fortune on something industry specific and end up just using what they are now. Old habits are hard to break! Thanks!
