I have a client that uses Payroll 2017 and would like to print a W3 to go along with their 941 each quarter, Q1 is easy, then for Q2 and Q3 back out the previous quarters in order to square up. But with the tax changes the totals aren't synching, mostly because Aatrix won't download a 2018 W3. Client says ""it's on the IRS website, why can't we get it???"" Anyone else have something simliar and already devleoped a workaround?

Interesting. Doubt if you are going to get anywhere with this from Aatrix. Where is the W-3 on the web site? What does it really prove as the W-3 is a year end recap report for the w-2's? Are they printing the YTD w-2's at the end of each quarter? For year end, I have an Excel spreadsheet used for reconciling the four 941's with the W-3 so that everything is in synch before sending the W-2's in. In my nearly 39 years of processing payroll, this request is a new one for me.
