    I have a client that upgraded from version 4.2 to 4.3 (please don't ask why). I installed service pack 23. They only have 5 users and have been using MAS90 for 10+ years everyone there is an experienced user. They rely on the Y/N flag in sales order that tells them whether or not the Order and Pick Sheet still need to be printed. Since the upgrade they swear that the system keeps setting that Y/N flag back to Yes like the order has never been printed. At first I suspected that someone hit the ""SELECT"" button in SO printing and Picking Sheet printing (actually that seems unlikely that they would do it in both places). Now it has happened several times now and they insist no-one has hit that button. Based on the experience level of this client I'm inclined to believe them, but I can't think of any reason this could be happening Has anyone seen anything similar? I'm going to try re-building sort files but I feel that is grasping at straws

    I have not seen this and we have several clients running 4.3 (thanks Hightower/SWK POS...) yet. You could disable the Select button in custom office as a way to rule that out as a possibility.

    I thought of that too, if they needed to re-print one then they could always do a quick print I suppose.

    I have a customer where we struggled with this. The solution was ultimately to disable to check box for certain uses via Custom Office. We were fairly certain that the shipping manager was inadvertently printing all and causing the flag to reset. This is a much bigger issue than one would imagine for situations where the order volume is steady/large and the shipping area relies on the status flag to know what to print/pick.

    In my Pick inventory-order optimizer I use this flag to allocate stock for orders that have been printed in high volume order situations. I haven't seen a problem with it auto turning on. If you had KnowledgeSync you could monitor that flag.

    There was an issue with this in one of the earlier business framework releases (4.1-4.3) sorry I can't recall which where the records in the SO_SalesOrderPrint either were there or was not populated for the correct record type. (Sage Analyst lead on this issue was Kathy Newte)There are several record types stored in this file including one for SO printing and picking sheet printing. Don't know if this is related but you may want to DFDM to that file and verify that duplicate records for the given SO and record type do not exist or that this file does not exist mulitple times (in the company DB as well as in the shared path of MAS). Knowledge, for what it is worth. :)

    Glad to see that they are staying current, if only for a few months....
