I have a client that upgraded from version 4.2 to 4.3 (please don't ask why). I installed service pack 23. They only have 5 users and have been using MAS90 for 10+ years everyone there is an experienced user.
They rely on the Y/N flag in sales order that tells them whether or not the Order and Pick Sheet still need to be printed. Since the upgrade they swear that the system keeps setting that Y/N flag back to Yes like the order has never been printed.
At first I suspected that someone hit the ""SELECT"" button in SO printing and Picking Sheet printing (actually that seems unlikely that they would do it in both places). Now it has happened several times now and they insist no-one has hit that button. Based on the experience level of this client I'm inclined to believe them, but I can't think of any reason this could be happening
Has anyone seen anything similar?
I'm going to try re-building sort files but I feel that is grasping at straws
