Sage 100

I have a client that needs to efile 1099misc and 1099INT via SAge 100 online. I checked with aatrix and they said it works with all Sage products :(. client used AAtrix when he had Sage on premise. Here is the message i got fro mthem. When I go into efile it asks if the file is to be installed. The ""yes"" click comes back with the message saying this function is not available and to see your system administrator. When I talked to Sage Connectivity personnel, I was advised efile was not available for online applications of MAS90. I think there is not a clear understanding of what has to be done to open/activate the efile link on this online version I've used aatrix in the past but this was under a complete standalone desk top installation with 5-local users. As I have said, I can't even open the 1099 function on this online version. Since converting to 5.2 there must still be a ""installation"" process locally that needs to be done to open access to the 1099 data accumulating on this online version I'm running.

As far as I know the ""online"" version is a remote desktop session into a Sage server somewhere. They (Sage) will need to install the Aatrix client just like it needs to be installed on a local PC.

My understanding of the Sage 100 Online (Sage hosted) is that it's vanilla with no external apps - not even Crystal Report Writer.
