    I have a client that is looking to improve the process for items returned for repair. Does anyone have any recommendations on 3rd party enhancements for this? I was thinking about ASI service Center. Thanks!

    Have you considered the RMA module, although it's not great for a ""high"" volume of repairs.

    They currently have the RMA module, but were looking to ""improve"" on that.

    Primarily tracking of the repair items and reporting back to management on how long repairs took and the types of repair.

    We have a client on ASI Service Center and it works well for them.

    We use ASI Service Center and it works very well for us. We have a lot of serialized items that come back for repair and SC does an excellent job of handling it for us.

    @MarkKotyla, Brian Kelly sent me links for the 4.5 version so it is out but we haven't tried it yet. Email BKelly@asifocus.com and see if he will send you the 4.5 user guide.
