Sage 100

I have a client that has some users with an issue where when they are on some grids, the font size is so small it is unreadable. attached is a screen capture: This is Windows 10. They have turned off screen scaling, and tried reducing the screen resolution to make everything bigger, but it is still too small. I've looked for other postings here but not finding anything exactly like this

What about their Win 7 resolution, DPI setting, font size, etc - everything OUTSIDE of Sage?

I'm assuming fonts outside of Sage are OK, but I suppose I SHOULD ask

Even if the fonts look OK outside of Sage, could be the combination doesn't work INSIDE Sage.

I have seen this before but the details are hazy (I wish I had a better memory for these things!). One idea to check is for a bad font being installed on the workstation.

Try opening Windows\Fonts and compare versions with a workstation which doesn't have the problem.

Thanks Kevin! Kind of helps at least to know I'm not missing something obvious.

Just had this come up from a client who got a new pc (windows 10). i checked if the ""MS Sans Serif Regular"" (not ""Microsoft Sans Serif Regular"") font was installed and it wasn't. Copied it over from my windows 8 machine, installed it, then launched sales order entry and the font was back to normal. Also, I did not have to mess with resolution, DPI, or display scaling. I've attached the font file as well.
