I have a client that called tonight saying that their excel report that has been working for over a year now, suddenly stopped working on some computers. And by not working, that means immediately after hitting ""refresh all"", excel terminates. I am really baffled here. It works on some computers and not on others, same versions of excel, different versions, Windows 7, windows 10, it does not seem to matter.
They are on Sage 4.5 and using Excel 2013 or 2016 (Office 365).
Any insight would be appreciated.
