Sage 100

I have a client still running Sage 100 Standard V3.71. It's run on a single workstation. They're ready to upgrade to v2013. What would be the consequences of installing v2013 on this workstation that is currently running v3.71. Will 3.71 stop working or will it negatively affect the v2013 installation? Thanks in advance.

You should be able to have both of them on the same machine without an issue. I have done this a couple of times on 2013 from 3.71.
