I have a client running Sage 100 Std 2014 PU7. We have been doing imports to General Journal Entry for a few years, and generating PDFs in Journals & Registers. The client recently had a major virus, but had complete server backups and wiped individual workstations to recover. Now, VI imports to General Journal do not generate a PDF. Manually entered General Journal entries do generate a PDF as usual. Has anyone run across this issue before?

Is this a paperless office PDF or something else?

Import one and then enter one. Next, VI export GJ and compare the entries.

Moira, I started to try your suggestion, and noticed that imported GJ PDF worked fine for me. Did some checking and apparently IT guys who helped with virus recovery, installed a pdf printer of their own and had client print to that, instead of their normal printer that would trigger paperless. Thank you for the response.
