    I have a client reporting that a user suddenly stopped receiving the prompt to print the daily sales reports/updates after printing invoices. He also reported that if he runs it from a different workstation it DOES prompt him as expected. Anyone ever seen this? I can't think of a possible cause. Has anyone seen something like this or have any ideas where to start troubleshooting this? hopefully I'm just missing something obvious.

    Permissions to print the journal could have been removed.

    Is he using the same form code on the other workstation? We had it once where someone deleted the @lastdocument formula from the invoice form and that caused it not to prompt.

    Or is it maybe popping up off screen?

    Thanks, all good ideas, I guess I should first verify that when he moves to another workstation he is still logged in as the same user. Sometimes clients leave important little details like that out.

    From our consultant that was working on this with the client: I remotely connected to them and then couldn't recreate the issue. The prompt to print the sales journal always appeared. I told them it was a magic power that I possessed which resolved the issue
