    I have a client on Sage Advanced and Sage CRM that wants to turn Divisions on in AR. How will this work with CRM?

    Not a problem - unless you have the same customer in more than one division?

    So, CRM will understand that Divisions are now on and the maintain function will have no problems with customer/companies that have been previously linked? Sage Adv 4.5.5 CRM 7.1.d.2

    that is correct. if you have two MAS customers with the same name in different divisions you will have two CRM companies with the same name. the CRM users will need to keep them straight. You should consider adding the Sage MAS customer number to your search filter in CRM or have the MAS Customer # showing in the search results as a visual aid.
