    I have a client on Sage 100 Standard, v2015 that recently added two Windows 10 computers to their environment. In both instances the users are getting Unlock Region failures on a consistent basis. I have a couple of other clients using Windows 10 w/o any reported issues. Anyone have any thoughts on whether a setting in Windows 10 could be causing this?

    have you checked to be sure no power save feature is turning off the network card? Also they are not connecting via wireless rather than LAN?

    Do these users leave their pcs on all the time? I had an issue with WIn 7 renewing the Kerberos ticket in the middle of the day causing unlock region failure. the fix was to extend the ticket life via group policy.
