I have a client on Sage 100 Advanced (Version 5.10.7.0) - In standard financial statements, when we run an income statement for a division with a GL account filter, the account filter is not working. Specifically if they limit the account range for an income statement to accounts between 4000 through 5999, they are getting values from accounts 6000 and higher. The filters for the sales person account segment is working, just not the main account segment filter. Has anyone run into this? Find a way around it? TIA

Shawn here is the article regarding the hot fixes for this error. I know I have these but can't find them. I'll upload them if I track them down.

Folks, thank you so much for the quick response. I pulled the patch file from Texas Sage support server. The customer scheduled the install for late tomorrow afternoon. I will update after applying the patch.

Just an update. The patch took 3 minutes to install and fixed the issue. Thanks again @RonGouveia for your KB research prowess. It was nice getting a SUPER fast response while on the phone with a VERY WHINY customer. We were supposed to be discussing how to use purchase order and inventory but I couldn't get them to focus on anything because their reports wouldn't run correctly. Like they couldn't figure another way to get GP by salesperson without them. (TB to Excel and then a simple pivot table for crying out loud.)
