    I have a client on Sage 100 advanced 4.3.21. They are using eBusiness module. A few days ago email confirmations stopped being sent. The WEB error log has the following error everytime someone submits a cart order. ""Error sendng email. Unable to instantiate SY_EMailEngine. The generated e-mail will be saved in IT_EmailPending table. Error:0 Program: IW_ShoppingCartOrder.m4p. Line: 00000"". I have restarted the WEB service but that did not solve the problem. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

    Has there been any changes to the smtp email server? Some email servers are very picky about relays, encryption, and port.

    No changes to the smtp server? I ran a test of the email from company maintenance of the smtp server and it worked.
