Sage 100

I have a client on Sage 100 2014 - Standard. Printing GL Financial Reports, there is one report, in one company, for one user, that prints landscape. This is even if all users print to the same printer. If the user prints the same report in other companies, she gets portrait. If other users print the problem report in the problem company, they get portrait. This started happening about a month ago. Has anyone experienced this, or, can anyone point me to some file for user/company specific settings involving standard Financials? Thank you in advance.

Have a client who noticed this happening after a service update. Don't know which version, but they had 2 issues after the update and one had a hot fix and this one...did not.

@ChrisStAmand - but of COURSE - 'cause I can't remember any further back than that! Yes, it was within the last month, two at the most.
