I have a client on MAS 90 version 4.30.18 with a 7 user license. If everyone launches the program from the office, 7 users can access the program. However, one user is out on maternity leave so she accesses the program using a VPN connection. If the user on VPN launches as the 5th through 7th user, no problem, 7 users can access the program. But, if the VPN user launches as the 1st through 4th user, the program says they have reached their 4 user max when the 5th user tries to get in. The client then has to get the VPN user out so she isn't the 1st through 4th user, then the 7 licenses are available again. Any ideas/suggestions as to why this is happening and how to get it to stop?

I don't have any experience here though I wonder if this is somehow related to the # of windows the VPN user has open? That's the only thing I can think of tough I've not heard of this situation before.

When you say VPN, are you using an RDP connection? My first thougt is to copy the activate.pvx file from the server to the RDP workstation (or try reinstalling the MAS client). It sounds like this was done originally but maybe the client added a couple licenses to the server but the RDP copy was never updated.
