I have a client on 4.5 Sage 100 Advanced. They installed 4.5 on the new server (I know) and migrated the data. They were fine for a month or two. They are only using to access historical data and close out another entity. 3 times in the last 3 weeks the prompt to convert data has come up. I feel like a system file of some sort is having an issue. Suggestions?

Do they have any third party enhancements? Try checking to see if there are any records in the SY_EnhancementModule.M4T file. If so make a backup of the file then remove all of the records from there.

They do have an IIG and it was reinstalled and the SY_EnhancementModule.M4T is empty. Found that one and really appreciate you watching my back. :)

Also check installed modules to see if there is something listed on there that shows an older version #. If so then the culprit may be in the SY0CTL file. Its usually a third party that didn't convert properly at one point or another thats kicking off the Sage message to convert. Other files to check would be SY_Enhancement and SY_Module

Good information. They have also been sending me a ""Data files have not been created for this module"" in addition. Not sure what may be related.
