I have a client on 3.71 (yeah, I know, but they have custom) who occasionally gets the message ""The Sales Order History Line Detail is in use by another task"" while in Sales Order Entry. I've searched the KB and the forum and no luck. Any ideas?

My experience is absent a file locking issue that the ""in use"" messages are generally on target. User has a minimized window displaying data or another user on the system is in fact accessing data.

Usually associated with Opportunistic File locking settings. Server and client.
