I have a call next Thursday with Donald Deshaies who as you know took over Tom Miller's job in Channel MGT.
The topic is the Sage KB - I probably can add one or two people onto the call but what I'd really like is to have a pretty good list of our top concerns so that I can get some feedback from Sage on what they're doing to address the issues.
Off the top of my head the main issue is:
a. Incomplete current KB
b. Archive KB that doesn't get new posts but is easier to search
c. Question of whether product updates are still being added to the ""Support Home""
d. Question of why some other support resources that are frequently requested - such as supported platforms - cannot be made so there is no login req'd.
What other items should be on the list?
