I have a bizarre one. Client reports that customers instead of receiving an invoice via paperless office are getting copies of AP Invoice Registers or Sales Order Confirmations. Below is one example. The attached PDF file looks like an invoice for customer 08-0007010 but instead if you open the file, you find an AP Register. If I look on the server in the paperless office folder where SO invoices are saved, the PDF by this name IS the invoice, but the attachment to the email is an AP register. There have also been cases where customers get Sales orders for OTHER customers instead of an invoice. There are no other PDFs with the same name and all setups in Paperless and the customer look fine. I found a KB article ""PDF files from separate print jobs merge together when printing to Paperless Office in a Terminal Server environment"" and we are trying that resolution. I'm also trying to see if there was any environmental change that could have triggered it or any pattern with a specific workstation. I just wanted to see if anyone else has run across this type of scary behavior?
