I have a 4.3.0 user entering in manual checks to AP. She reports that she enters in a check. Hot prints. Enters another. Hot prints. Rinse wash repeat for a dozen or more. THEN she updates the whole shooting match. On occasion she reports that the check numbers are out of sequence on a check history report after she posts. I suspect a user error -- but does this ring a bell with anyone?

When she prints, is she verifying the next check number? If yes and then it posts with incorrect numbers, I'd say something is hosed. Otherwise, user error.

Is the check number printing on the checks? Might help to determine if it's user or system error.

I couldn't get a straight answer - I suspect user error. This is one of those no wins that you just have to sit and watch the user.

If you've explained the basics to her, eventually she'll come back and say, ""Gosh, I guess I was hitting Cancel"" or something.
