I hate those nagging doubts when a customer insists that something always worked a certain way and now it doesn't. In this case it's the GL Trial Balance report. Customer insists that accounts with a zero beginning and ending balance, but debit and credit of the same amount, always showed debit and credit amount on the GL TB when run with option Beg/Activity/Ending. Tested that option and zero balance accounts checked on. The account lists, but beg bal is zero, debit and credit blank, and ending is zero. I think it has always been like this. Just need a sanity check, thanks.

I ran it in my 3.71 and it looked just like that. See attached. I guess technically Debit isn't blank, it's credit, BUT I did put in a debit and credit for the same amount on the Payroll account, can see the transactions on the History tab, but nothing prints on the TB.
