    I had to remove SWK's Multi-Bin from a client's system, since its not working with Lots like it should on V4.5 & it can't seem to get fixed properly after 6 months. I had to manually copy over the company folders & the companies that use credit cards gave me that encryption message so I had to generate new keys. Today, they were not able to select Credit Card as a payment on the Totals tab in Sales Order. I manually copied over the SY_CreditCard files from the old version & then I was able to select Credit Card, but stored cards are giving error ""Invalid Card Number"". We tried another & can't select Credit Card again. If we go into Customer Maintenance, the card is encrypted so we can't see it, but all the data is there. Since I couldn't copy over the System Files (when I tried to migrate system files, it kept bringing Multi-Bin over), I have had to manually copy a ton of files over. Any idea other files I have missed or where these are stored? Did the new encryption key do something to them?

    Having a different encryption key, means the decrypted numbers aren't the original numbers. You'd need the original encryption key for it to work.

    I didn't resolve the case we had that was similar, but I beleive you can generate a new encryption key (like when you move servers) and it should fix the problem. My technician opened a case with Sage and they walked her through the process.

    Dana, I beleive the new build SWK has on their website fixes the lot issue, if the issue is in Sales Order you have to select a lot. You were not able to un-select this as an option in Version 4.5, it is supposed to be fixed as of now.

    There is an option @DanaLark in Company Maintenance, Preferences tab, for Credit Card Encryption to generate, change or delete the key. I've not used before, but that seems to be the place to address the issue.
