I had to reconstruct a client's Sage 100 2016 STD, using a development copy of mine, that has my registration information, including my company name as the registered customer. I need to replace the registration information with my client's registration information. In the old days, we could put in their company name, and their unlock keys. How is this done in Sage 100 2016, if possible?

Library Master/Setup/System Configuration - Registration tab

When I go to that screen, my Registered Customer field at the top is grayed out.

I wonder if it will update when you edit and enter the customer registration info. Did you try that?

    I haven't. I'll give that a try.

It allowed me to activate with their keys but left my company name. That's not good. :(

DFDM MAS_System\SY_System.M4T - field is labeled RegisteredCustomer$. Don't know if there are any ramifications, but I modified it on my local 2017 STD and it worked.

Thank you Barbara. I'll give that a try.

An old SAGE Knowledgebase entry for version 4.00, but I bet it still works.

I can confirm that changing the name in Sy_System via DFDM will update the registered name
