I had to call Sage support today to report/inquire in the status of a listed 4.4 bug (the RMA not creating a linked SO when there's an NA invoice no).
My call was fairly brief -- but boy did it sound like the guy had no access to his computer. Couldn't really search. Told me he'd have to ""write this down and would follow up"" ...
I have to wonder - are customers experiencing this same thing? It's actually a little sad to witness this decline.
