All good thoughts @JerryNorman. I should let you all know that I am resigning from the Board of Directors. It's been great, I love what 90 Minds is but I think things are changing - which is a good thing - and I trust the minds that are leading that change. I have other things I need to focus on. (My mother-in-law, newly widowed, and my mother's health to name a few.) I'm also having my own medical issues with my arm/shoulder that I need to address. Wishing you all the best and thank you for all you've done and continue to do!

Therese, we will miss you. Can you make the 12/14 meeting your last one?

In light of this development, does anybody object to approving the Bylaws, as in the last draft I posted, at the 12/14 meeting?

Wow, that is big news. I echo Jerry's and Robert's thoughts. Thanks for all that you have done for the group. It is what it is today in large part to your time and efforts. You will be missed.

@ThereseLogeais thank you for your guidance, your insights, your assistance, and dedication. I'm sorry to hear you are leaving the board. I truly admire the concern and compassion you have for your family and the need to take care of yourself too. You will be missed and remembered too.

@ThereseLogeais sorry I haven't commented earlier, I've had my head buried in a two-day upgrade. Thank you for your years of service and direction leading us and being part of the team. Your input will be missed! As a first Oasis member-turned board member, you did a great job! Good luck!
