    I had an end user claim that on their 2017 system one of their repetitive ap invoices vanished. There were no other errors and apparently no other issues with other vendors. Personally, I'm guessing someone hit delete by mistake. However, the user is pushing back and insistent that this must be something to do with Sage. Anyone seen something similar? Anyone seen a UFO? Bigfoot?

    Honestly, Wayne, I can't believe you had the gall to even consider that it was a user issue. After all these years, you should know by now it's ALWAYS the system :)

    No, but there is a bug in Sage that drops VENDORS (appears to be if you add on the fly), so this wouldn't surprise me.

    The vendor is there but not the recurring. It doesn't appear to be a new vendor either.
